ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$43,000 - $50,000 yearly
JOB SUMMARY
As an Administrative Warehouse Associate you may be tasked with; assistance in the procurement of parts, supplies, and materials; inventory control and management; purchase order requisition and invoice creation, organization, and coordination of heavy parts, tools, & materials; general administrative tasks; working at a desk for long periods of time; assisting in other procurement functions when needed and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners. Note: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Capable of maintaining an organized work environment by effectively managing inventory, tools, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently by prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and operational needs
- Comfortable and prepared to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs as part of regular warehouse duties; understands proper techniques for handling materials to prevent injuries
- Able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Understanding of mechanical parts and equipment required
