ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$95,000 - $105,000, DOE
PROJECT LOCATION
Onsite - Burnsville, MN
Upon project completion (TBD), transition to onsite in our Brooklyn Park Applied Engineering Office
JOB SUMMARY
As a Project Manager, Digital Transformation, you may: provide project management for digital transformation projects; facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather and document internal/external customer requirements to ensure clear project objectives and key results; collaborate with teams to create detailed project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; anticipate and actively manage changes to project scope, schedule and performance while monitoring and managing project risks and mitigation strategies; establish and manage project capital and expense budgets; measure project performance using KPI’s; provide timely communication to stakeholders that include project review and update presentations as required; ensure team performance by leading, mentoring, training, motivating, and celebrating; set team expectations and effectively balance workloads; utilize data-driven problem-solving framework and techniques to drive timely decisions; foster an environment that embraces experimentation, iteration, and bias towards action and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline preferred; Bachelor of Science degree in a related field required
- 3+ years of digital transformation project management experience required
- Experience leading projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- Ability to complete full lifecycle projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline required
- PMP or Agile Certification preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel preferred
- Experience with Arena or other PLM software a plus
